How can this not be a form of insider trading? ASIC investigate heavy buying prior to news and price rises.
What about heavy shorting whilst stock is under suspension and cap raising apparantely hitting issues (see AFR report from yesterday).
If its true they were going for $60M but had to settle for $30M(at this stage), due to issues in US, then suddenly shorts double a few days before relisting. Surely theres ground for ASIC to investigate who has been doing the shorting activity and what information they had the rest of the market didn't prior to relisting.
