Agreed about the compliance Lawrie. My point was more that Strata said (paraphrasing) their understanding is that the PTM should be issued in "approximately 15 days", in other words they are aware of a ballpark figure on time to issuance, rather than there being a specific "if compliant you WILL receive the PTM in 15 days" SLA type arrangement.
