It would be hard to vote for Simon Drake-Brokman's re-appointment.
He was part of Fowler's dream team that have been responsible for the bad decisions and value erosion
He was part of the last capital raising of $122m which seems to have delivered nothing.
The borrowing costs in the Annual Report suggest someone is getting a kick-back somewhere.
Good Corporate Governance will see this finance guy dropped.
