re: Ann: CRC: Cortona and Unity Merger Court ... When's the meeting for UML shareholders?

Can anyone advise if under the laws governing 'schemes of arrangement', UML is not required to hold a meeting? Alternativley do shareholders have to push for an EGM to vote on the matter?

If you are around oze-wolve, can you share with us what you know about the objection to CRC's mine proceeding? I would imaging that until this matter is clarified, UML holders would be entitled to delay any merger.
