You clearly have no idea as to the pay rates of the bottom 45% in the good ol' USA. You also appear to be unaware that jobs all but vaporised in the USA and that incomes for those in work actually reduced. Are you aware that the top 20% in the USA own 95.3% of non-home wealth?

But guess whose fortunes improved throughout the GFC and its aftermath and who benefited most from those emergency tax cuts and who are now madly cashing in profits from the share market before Obama's changes can take place?
