    Always keen for discussion.

    1. My figures are for FY14 as it will include a full year for both acquisitions.
    2. I have purposely missed amortization. I think this is fair as it more accurately reflects cash eps.
    3. I used 53 million shares for the eps calc. Looking at another data source it says 59.72. My bad. Revised eps = .104

    Still, I'm happy with that number.
