    Listing Rule 3.10 - an entity must immediately tell the ASX of a proposed issue of securities.

    Thus, if the shares were issued in relaiton to the option then Susan needs to lodge the Appendix 3B immediately, otherwise she will need to provide a "Please explain" when she does do it.
