Are these guys paying their bills? Anyone who supplies these guys material/parts anything, do they have a cash crunch? Are you getting paid on time?

Mr market regardless of sells/buys - generally gets it right - After all that's what the analysts are thinking hence selling this damn stock

Somehow the management know what's happening, they brief the analysts, who then make their call. Ofcourse they can't come out and say - we have a dud of a company, its their job to come and beat their own drums
