pussinboots, sure, but there has to be a comparable that is a basis for a 15 PE. Otherwise it is just a random guess.
I'm not disagreeing with you. I'm simply trying to understand which facts your estimate is rooted in. If you are saying 15 on the vague and general facts you outline, I would call that a random guess.
One basis for understand 15 as a target PE would be to appeal to a sustainable growth rate of 20%. If they can sustain 20%, a forward PE today of 9x looks very cheap.
