    I have reasons right down to the quality of the AGM slides ... There are better looking companies out there at the moment and for anyone to disagree with that would be wrong. Money is better off somewhere else IMO. Just for an excercise, I will come back in 2 weeks time and check the AVB SP and we will see what has happened. I stand by my short-term outlook especially in this market. IMO
