I agree..once shares consolidated..there is still
downside...
Let us say buy 5,000,000 shares at 0.001c [$5000]
Conversion at 100/1..leaves 5000 shares assuming
share price at 10c..but failing any positive announcements
share price could easily fall at least 50%[5c]..similar to
any new IPO..that does not produce the goods!!!
I will definetly wait for post consolidation before
investment decision..
