Hi akq, I do not follow the greens very closely but If I was a green I think I would be very excited about BCE.
Maybe I am wrong but surely the ability of Exergen to deliver a much much cleaner coal is a positive for Australia and all of Asia and the world?

IMO, this breakthrough technology will do allot of good. Right now gas is a very sought after energy and now that BCE has a very similar carbon footprint it could be the new coal of the future IMO..USA and Oz are fortunate to also have large gas resources but not all countries are this fortunate. Coal still remains the cheapest base load power in many countries and I see HUGE demand for our BCE coal.

I do realize that people hate change and sometimes coal mines get a bad wrap but surely our BM coal mine will provide jobs, income,royalties,taxes AND a clean base load energy?

I think/hope that once people are educated about BCE and dice they will start to consider this energy with an open mind. definately looks like the government already is?
