Hey Westcott...there has been no other corporate interest, JV or any other deal ever with SDL..everything has been speculation...otherwise this would have been announced? it hasnt happened....

how do you know this? Can you categorically state this as fact, or base this on a Chinese website and a Hanlong spokesman?

Hanlong offered SDL a joint venture?

On what terms? 80/20? 50/50?

if it was anything worse then 70/30 a takeover gives far greater value.

Hanlong told the press?? or is this one of those Chinese articles where they call Sundannce ( Saunders) and Hanlong ( Ohalloran mining)

no doubt some of the big companies have shown interest...I dont dispute that...but none to date have ever done a deal or shown any interest to even have a HOA...it hasnt happened

POSC0 - said no.... they have publicly stated NO interest in SDL....BHP/Rio are not interested in an Afican adventure when they are cutting CAPEX in the Pilbara..
