1st PROJECT: (VICTORIA)
(1) First plant will be in VIC - "pre-production Coldry Facility"
(2) Step 1 - Build Pre-prod plant in VIC. Single module to produce 150,000 to 200,000 Tpa.
Location will be LOY YANG
(3) Step 2 - $50M to $60M to build and "operate" the above plant for 12 mths
(4) Step 3 - Expand to 2M Tpa plant and multiple module.
(5) Step 4 - Fully expand to a large scale operation producing 20M tpa.
The DFT has the full economics on capital costs and operating costs of each stage of the Victorian Facility. Let the tendering process bring on the money and you can raffle who the finance partner(s) will be (more than likely will be a consortium):

Key players recognise the
environmental and
commercial benefits of
Coldry

IP (Patent)
The last six months has been eventful in terms of
progressing Coldry IP protection globally. In this period,
formal patents were granted in two significant and key
geographies – China and the USA. In the last days of 2011,
we were also notified that the Canadian patent was granted, and ECT is now waiting for
the formal issuance.

VITENAM - TINCOM
As advised in October 2011,
ECT signed an agreement
with Tincom of Vietnam to
progress development of the
Victoria Coldry Project,
subject to certain conditions
being satisfied.
As Tincom requires the full
information from the DFT
program, we expect they
will commence their
Feasibility Study around
November 2012.

KOREA
Recent Meetings in South Korea
At meetings conducted in Busan, Korea during January negotiations were
successfully completed with K-Coal Co. Ltd. to enter into agreements with
ECT.
We like the fact that Coldry utilises a low temperature and lowpressure process, which means that the water released, is clean. S&J
Group is a clean energy company and this is important to us. Also we are
confident that ECT’s Coldry process is cost effective when compared to
other technologies.

ECT Directors had meetings in India early January this year with several major ndian coal and steel industry participants.
