The matter of the fact is TAH came out with a better than expected profit (consensus) by abount 3-4%.
They have stated EPS will grow strongly this year (06) and synergies are still on track, 06 yield of 5.3% at current prices.
I think the market has underestimated the synergies that will come from the TAB and JUP acqusitions and TAH will outperform over the short, medium and long term.
Wagering growth has slowed, but this is a temporary matter and will pick up again.
Let see how thing unfold over the next 12 months, then we will see who was correct.
Let the battle begin...
