    So, Genner is only days away from announcing a deal worth $32 million with $9 million up front and he accepts $1 million at a serious discount to current share price.........?
    It makes you wonder why he didn't wait another two days and ask for a bit more cash at say 30c ?

    Has this man no shame ?
