we're asking for a rent reduction end of year. always pay on time, place always looked after and even put in a garden. up to them if they want to keep a good tenant.

if they say no, we are gone. no sweat, we will be good tenants somewhere else, its just business. it doesn't cost $1000 to move for us. we will hire a large van for $70, move in a day and knock $50 a week off for the same place. we like our place but there's plenty of others.

i encourage other renters out there to ask for a reduction. they can only say no and if you are good, they will lose. landlords know where this is going. tenants starting to ask for rent reductions and similar properties cropping up for less per week... there's worry in the air. no landlord wants an empty place for too long. power is to the renters at present imo.
