I am obviously stupid and am missing something but I can't get the valuation numbers on page 11 to add up.
Carmicheals say they have decreased the valuation on Los Mantos to 7c. ALong with their valuation of 76c for Productora, overall they have an 83c value to which they then add 16c for cash, 2c for options and 5c for Corporate. That all adds up to $1.06 not 95c which they show in the table.
If I back out the 7c (which is supposed to have been the lower value now ascribed to Los Mantos) that still equals a valuation of 99c.
Where does the 95c valuation come from?
Please someone help me :) I can no longer add up (or read tables?)
