From their announcment $24m of the funds are going to fund the mill. That thing costs plenty and is a key rate determining step in the time line.
These guys are making sure thya re not hostages to arket and I think that call was to avoid having to raise funds for that purpose exactly whn the Fiscal Cliff panic bites in late Jan.
