    I will be voting for the deal, SEA is under valued as it is, EFS will add more value.

    The TXN management have led us down this path of shareholder price destruction. Not because they didn't have the goods. But because they made to many assumptions, that flew away on the first gust of wind.

    Hoping for another player to lob in an offer.
