I appreciate your thoughts and it is great to have a friendly educated debate with someone that is writing with some substance.

Having said that, the risk that you associate with the debt facility is only a "perceived risk" rather than actual risk (ie there are indeed no solvency issues with this company).

Furthermore, the perceived risk actually works in favour of a long term investor because there is buying opportunity.
