"The offer is not underwritten"

Sponsoring broker is very different to an underwritten commitment. Without knowing any further terms or conditions, it can only be assumed they are doing this on a best endeavors basis - i.e there is no assurance the brokers will contribute the $5M each.

Can anyone also clarify this:-

"The completion of the signing of a partnership agreement with GoConnect Limited for a 50% interest in the net profits and voting rights of the partnership;
in order to acquire the 50% the Company has issued 135,000,000 fully paid oridnary shares to the shareholders of Go-Connect."

Exactly what is GCN entitled to 50% of ?

As I stated in earlier posts, but those saying this will list before the end of the year, I can't see it. No small task raising $15M.
