My reference to DYL was based on The CR and what affect it had on the shareprice.
I believe its was the best guide as to what BLR would do, and so far BLR is following the same trading path as DYL.
In saying that let not forget DYL is a $92m market cap company and raised $10m, where's BLR is only $7.5m market cap and can only raise $2m.
