Today we have appear to have a "new normal" ... juniors in the exploration phase seem to be valued at 2% and 3% of the in ground value of their discovery.
Just look for example at numerous gold juniors and their very low market caps compared to the in ground value of their gold resources, which can even be below 2% of the in ground value.
In addition, developing a gold mine is generally much cheaper than developing a nickel mine.
SIR has a market cap of over $500 million.
So let's assume a fair market cap for SIR in today's "new normal" is 3% of its in ground resources.
Does SIR have in ground resources worth over $15 billion?
