I was comfortable in FML doing the hard yards,being frugal in getting us we we were before they put us in this position in digesting CRE.
The market is the ultimate judge, it is saying that it does not like the deal, it is not fair and reasonable, as if it was, it should be a least 5 cents, someone is holding it down to make look like a good deal, any guesses who??.
