Don't discount the acceptance of over subscriptions as a way of getting further institutional support either, as one would know that a certain overhang would come to the market. These instos set themselves before their clients. Remember before these cap raisings it was hard to get hold of a signficant amount of shares, price drifted lower on small volumes for a long time.

Always said that it would be unlikely that newsflow would occur before the general meeting and these cap rasiings were done. It appears to me the plan is there and they are working through it - change is in the air, it is obvious.
