passive...long time ago we all figured that you're not about 'smarts'...no need to point to that...
the investor wisdom you applied was to move from south africa at certain time and had to buy yourself a house! therefore you 'caught' the boom ! really wise...(we can tell)
sector...learn the language you savy investor you...at least at the high school level...we just might start taking you seriously (although i doubt it)
