    see my first post above “Best strategy is to be in preparation for takeover"

    I posted it 1.5 years ago.

    I was telling them to make the company ready for selling at the end of 2012. Right now !!!

    I said;
    "IMO, the best strategy would be; ELM should prove as much as possible high grade potash resource while making the feasibility study for mine. While slowing down the activities towards the end of 2012, we may try to sell the resource to the highest bidder in 2012. ELM should issue as little as possible shares for maximizing the shareholder value on a possible takeover offer. The maximum amount of shares and options should not be any more than 250m. (now it is around 183m)”

    However, atm it just goes to show you can never underestimate the stupidity of management and how bad the results can be.

    We are making a cap raising at 37c despite we have received a non-binding offer at 77c.

    That's stupid.

    These guys are jokes IMO.

    We should have received a takeover offer at at least $3, and should be able to make a cr at $2.5 now.
