The interest is definitely there, although I suspect the big buys at 11 might get pulled if they step up to front position.
My guess is daytraders trying to buy cheap now to sell when next positive announcement comes. 1,000,000 @ 11 cents is $10,000 profit per each 1 cent gain (less fees etc) if they manage it. Even if they have to stagger selling.
I could be wrong, but I think daytraders who may have attended agm and are playing on news.
