I also like the area (Para) and its associated infrastructure. Much better than being in outback Australia. Airport only 10 minutes away from Pedra Branca, rail, roads, large population with mining experience to draw on....not to be overlooked.

I terms of insitu value don't forget also the very high recovery rates which are evident in both AN and PB. Low cost mines with no nasties and very profitable.
