Hasnt anyone wondered why the Trading Halt finished so soon. Caught everyone off guard I bet
At 10.30 they announce it to be in force until Friday morning or when they make the announcement, stating "pending finalisation of terms for a proposed financing transaction to be completed over the next 24 hours"

then at 2.55pm they make the announcement. So thats 4 1/2 hours to finalise the terms and sign it, then prepare the announcement. Quick work. Makes you wonder why they needed the TH. How often does a TH reopen that quickly. About enough time before close for someone to dump 5 or 6 mil

Then they announce that as of today, Greenard Willing received 5,555,556 shares at .0135

If that was Greenard Willing selling, then they averaged about .0165. Roughly $92000
