All I am saying Megagene79 is that the heading of todays ann' -

"Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX: ESI) (ECT or
Company) is pleased to provide the following up date to shareholders in relation to delivering on
the key objective of constructing the Coldry Commercial Demonstration Plant (CDP)."

In conjuction with this -

"ECT has executed an agreement in favour of its engineering development partner ARUP for the placement of a Strategic Deliverable Bond for up to $2,500,000 in order to deliver the balance of the Design for Tender (DFT) program and other pre-construction engineering works associated with the development and delivery of the Coldry technology."

And this -

"capital raising activities previously announced in relation to Monash Capital Group are progressing in tandem to the above and will be the subject of further announcements"

Pretty much covers this -

"Monday, 12 November 2012: Environmental Clean Technologies (ASX:ESI) (ECT or the
Company) is engaged in confidential and as yet incomplete negotiations with a number of parties
regarding funding of, and participation in ECT’s Coldry Commercial Demonstration Plant (CDP)
project. Whilst the Company will make an announcement to the ASX as soon as these negotiations
come to a firm conclusion, these matters may not be finalised prior to the currently proposed date
of the ECT 2012 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Friday, 16 November 2012.
The Board considers it important that shareholders have the opportunity to receive and review the
announcement on these potentially significant developments prior the Company’s AGM and have
postponed the date of the meeting accordingly." ends...

Does that make sense?

The ann' today is headed by a capital raising "in relation to delivering on the key objective of constructing the Coldry Commercial Demonstration Plant".

It also talks about a number of paties. ie - ARUP (who they have done the capital raising with)

&

Monash (who they often have referred to as being part of a number of parties)

Those above are the reasons why I am starting to think that todays announcement may be the "big" announcement we have been waiting on.
