Sounds like Matthew Wood is very confident of doing a deal to have state a time frame of one to two months at the AGM. That indicates to me that negotiations are at a mature stage with minimal boxes left to tick.
Considering how the global resource of AVB has grown in the last 12 months and how much the JORC stands to grow in coming months alone, I can see that Paranapanema must be keen to get a deal done before the opposition. From AVB's perspective, they are obviously keen to lock in a deal to achieve the stated aim to get Antas into production to fund stage two and three of its development.
Once this deal is locked in, we will have access what that relationship will look like and a clearer illustration on projections and time frames etc.
Great to see that management can see that a pathway to production is vital and to be achieved as a matter of urgency.
200Mt would be a fantastic result and it seems to be what they are now targeting. Market Cap would have to get a kick out of that IMO.
