    morgan2000 appalling news but I must concur with other posters on this thread - the treatment and success rate for treatment in a developped country like Australia is very high indeed so be positive

    While I am not a doctor you might find it of interest to Google laetrile (sometimes known at vitamin B17 found in strawberries amongst others) and bromelain.

    Best wishes to your other half for a speedy all clear from the medical professionals.
