I’m sure that Ian will not mind me letting you know that I have been in contact with him over the past few weeks. Again Ian and I emailed about the current business. One point has been that Ian has responded fast and politely. He also acknowledged that anything that could have gone wrong seems to have done so over the past 6 months. However he also notated that they expect to have the BFS in the market within 10 days. Funding and resolving the current resourcing numbers will be their focus. I have also emailed two of the business analysts that recently reported ZYL as a “speculative Buy” both said that they are due to do a review of the business but having talked to the ZYL management they felt that the stock has been oversold. (They did also note that they had to have further discussions with the ZYL Management. BFS is critical, funding is critical, and a JORC Upgrade is critical. But I feel that the Management have not set out to fleece the Market. They are very keen to see this as a great long-term success.
