    Just looks like Portfolio Partners are continuing to dump.They put in the cessation of substantial shareholder notice but that still leaves them with nearly 4m shares if I read it correctly.

    Had any brains they would have some eager broker to package up the other side and do it in one 'fowl' swoop.
