We can only hope that AGS has a winnable case because the Legal costs will be substantial upon a loss.imo

One thing that Gandell hints at, in talks with him, is that he and his Legal team believe they have a winnable case.

Gandell told me that his "big wig" as I put it(his legal person) looked at the case and then decided to take it on. Gandell also told me, he(Gandell's Legal person), would not do it if he believed it was not winnable.

Nothing's a certainty though, remember Ajax got beaten at Forty to one on.!

All we shareholders can do is wait for the result but at least everyone on HC will know that Gandell rules and there is nothing other than a Court determined verdict to end this but unfortunately in that, the timeframe is unknown.imo

Although things are clearer now, its not confidence building.imo

I'm sorry to hear about the gentleman with prostate problems/cancer wllmtrish, I hope he comes through it alright.
