I agree with a target price of around $4, or perhaps a bit more. But that is on the basis they have the 4 mines operational and spitting out the cash as mentioned in the latest quarterly report. So we have to wait 18-24 months for that to happen. Hopefully the POG will be above $2000/ounce by then and the west African countries will not have added any new taxes.
The three PEAs will be interesting. We could have a fifth mine plus an expanded Nzema operation by mid 2016 producing close to 600k ounces. That is a long time to wait in goldiebugworld.
