The meeting results ANN tells the story with this one- first strike by majority on remuneration. And a Director resigned before the meeting. The other one voted on was barely voted in. I wouldn't be surprised to see a S249D on this one- shareholders clearly unhappy. Also, the company has said it will be raising capital. So much potential here, but the market is angry with BGD.
