To be honest, haven't gone over that stuff with a fine tooth comb, but I assume the sub etc notices are to do with the stock issue.. Prepared to be corrected though.. This company has it's fundamental problems, but even if you void the initial takeover interest that happened, it still means the company is a takeover target.. to WHOEVER.. So, see how we go eyyy!!!
