re: Ann: Issue of Performance Rights and Rete... Agreed. What I also don't get is that Neptune refer to Blossomvale consenting to the issue of Performance Rights and Retention Rights. Why should Neptune care what Blossomvale thinks about this matter - it's not as though Neptune have recommended the shareholders accept the takeover offer. The Board should be getting Blossomvale to raise the offer - not pander to them.
