Didnt Sanofi at some stage renegotiate time frame back to 2014 I am more concerned about exclusivity payments than production numbers at the moment as I am confident that production will ramp up over the next twelve months . The time period and quantities required by and already shipped to the unknown pharma alone would indicate that they will be taking greater quantities as the contract matures As far as I am concerned AS has delivered one contract i.e. unknown pharma for unifill .we were expecting two I dont regard the bolus as a contract at this stage it is more like the sanofi deal an extremley promising stage of preparation an exclusivity or development payment from them would help. We were expecting at least one exclusivity payment before years end time is marching on.
I note that there has been no notice of the CEO doing breifings in Australia following the AGM this is a departure from norm I wish I could say that I felt they were in final negotiations with someone for something but unlike Las Vegas I have no such confidence
I retain A long term buy but my payoff date is 2017
