Well I am some what confused here

We have the top two men running Cvn taking out approx $1.3 million.

Whilst over the last two years the oil production has fallen immensely
And the share price is at a six year low.

Why not a reduction in there take home to focus the mind somewhat.

Looking at the 2012 annual report has Adrian owning 5.0 million shares of which 3.0 million were given to him by a loan at 23 cents per shares.

I wonder if the other 2.0 million were by an earlier incentive plan.

Having said these negatives there a turn around potential here.
