N, I think whatever they are working on wont be affected by this thread. I declined to advise the source of information and indeed the people involved for the reasons you identified. The Company is working towards mine development and would seem to be heading in the direction of a finance deal that won't disadvantage the shareholders. I would hope the management put it all together and advise the holders when they can. I for one am encouraged by this. In the event it improves shareholder value then it is a good thing. Cheers JP
