    Tap has been quite volatile at the moment and the latest announcement has given the excuse some nervous seller have been waiting for.

    But with oil prices at all time hights and the drilling of the elephant targets soon starting there will not be too many followers of TAP who will let this opportunity let pass by.
    So a lot of investors who have jumped out of TAP will get back in and the stampede will soon begin which will bring the share price exactly where it was.
