Today's announcement is pure BS. "Pursuing possible ownership alternatives."
In other words - trying to flog off underperforming businesses or else there will be a pile of writedowns. We are also paying somebody huge sums to tell you the bad news that is coming - so we directors can dissassociate ourselves from the dumb acquisitions we have made.
Bad news cometh next IMO.
That is my take anyway. I'm watching for a real washout, and then might buy.
