Yes I was holding and trading this stock for some time now, so am familiar with the story.
What is beyond me is how harshly the stock got punished lately given the size of the open pit resource. Unfortunately this is a waiting game now given that many other coal plays got hit hard as well. Its a frustrating game....
The quality of the coal is average, but will be suitable for power generation. With transport, the key will be the cost to move all this coal to the port cheapely enough to preserve enough profit margin. Extraction cost is very competitive given the continious coal seam and cut mining.
No news is another annoyance. Makes you wonder of they should pull the finger out already and update the market on their work lately.
