Con, That 35 per million is pre-LYNAS according to the previous post. Output from LYNAS increase it by an extra one in ten thousand million (0.01% per mill). I don't know where the figures are from, but it appears to be a statistic based on probabilities. Maybe I've read that wrong, but that's what the article seems to be saying.
