REM have/had 1.27 million shares in GGG which they paid about 65c each for from memory. They are cash strapped, have a market cap of less than $1m GBP and little hope of raising cash. REM's 1.44billion shares on issue are trading at 0.0065p. It would not surprise me if they have had to sell their GGG shares to meet expences.
Unfortunately for REM, they are at the beginning of the exploration cycle with no prior drilling on their concessions. Not a good position to be in, in this economic environment.
