You say the directors receive low renumeration Dipper, but according to the recent share placement disclosure document Don Carrol received around $1.5 million in shares and fees in 2011 and Nathan Taylor nearly $400000. This year Brian King has earned by my calculations about $2000 per day sincve his appointment in February. These three have already been incentivised more than enough for mine.
